COMMON CHARACTERISTICS OF LIQUID METALS

PREPARATION BACKGROUND
To removed rust and to make surface rough, grid it as long as the metal glow is obtained. Remove the fattness with a suitable - solvent, i. e. trichlorethylene. Wet surfaces should be first dried. Then lay the HEMO - METAL on such prepared surface. In case of emergency LIQUID METAL 2 caan be layed temporary on a gaat and wet surface.
PREPARATION AND LAYING OF LIQUID METAL
LIQUID METALS are two - component and therefore blend the components in the proper ratic ( table I ) before you lay the mass onto the metal or non - metal. Blend the components on a flat ( metal or plastic ) surface. In case of LIQUID METAL 2 to be layed onto a fat and wet surface, blend the components on the surface to be repaired to emulgate water and/or impurities in the material. After blending lay the material simply by a spatula onto the damaged surface. In case of larger damages , reiforce the liqued metals with glass or metal fabric.
MECHANICAL PROCESSING
After hardening LIQUID METALS can be mechanically processed by drilling, grinding, milling, polishing, etc




LIQUID METALS 1
This is universal pastelike repair material which allow easily to be shaped after blending the components within 20 minutes. Depending on any place in any thickness whereby its time of hardening changes. It may be used to remove errors of bad casting, to repair flanges, engine blocks, rollers, brocken gray castings and Al - alloyes. Just after time of hardening we can mechanically process LIQUID METAL 1. Ig necessary.
LIQUID METAL 2
This if soft, pastelike mass for the repair of instruments transport means etc. in mining and elsewhere when fattness can not be properly removed, aried anu prepared for repair. It can be applied aat the relative air humidity over 70%. It quickly removed errors in thanks, pipelines and reactors without shut down. With cold welding of larger surfaces, they should be additionally reinforced by metal or glass fabric.

Is a pastelike material with a high chemical and abrasion resistance. It is used for repair of pumps, pipeline, rotor and casing of fans and mixers and there where there is a high erosion of the fluid to be transported. This material is best processed by diamond tools.
LIQUID KERAMIK L
Is a liqued material with a high chemical and abrasion resistance. It is used for repair of pumps, pipeline, rotors, mixers, reactor, material has no need for general repair for general repairs for erosion and corrosion. Non - precious metal layed with HEMO - L - KERAMIK become the metals with high grade mechanical and chemical properties.
